The Hyatt Residence is a visionary residential project that began in 2020, where art and architecture converge to create a transformative 600 square meter lobby. This space is an embodiment of Lale Design Studio’s unique ability to harmonize geometric precision with an extraordinary selection of materials. The result is a design that captivates the senses and tells a story through every curve, angle, and texture.
At the heart of the design stands the Blue Geometric Art Wall, an iconic feature created by our talented design team. Crafted from wood, this dynamic installation is a stunning interplay of geometric shapes and flowing curves, serving as both a visual anchor and a symbol of the project’s artistic soul. It is more than just a wall—it is a work of art that defines the space and leaves a lasting impression.

The floor beneath echoes the same sense of artistry, composed of three distinct stone types masterfully arranged in an intricate geometric pattern. Each stone was chosen not only for its beauty but for the way it contributes to the overall flow and harmony of the design, creating a tactile experience that guides you through the space.
While the secondary palette of blues, whites, blacks, and browns creates depth and contrast, it is the soft, bespoke light gray—specially created by Lale Design Studio—that threads the entire design together. This singular hue transcends conventional color choices, providing a serene backdrop that elevates the entire environment.
Our attention to detail reaches its zenith in the reception area, where the counter and back panel were meticulously designed as a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship. Every line, every texture, was chosen to celebrate the art of design at its finest. The entrance itself is not just an entryway—it is the threshold to a world where space is reimagined and boundaries are pushed, making an unforgettable first impression and setting the tone for the journey ahead.
